14-year-old Abdel Aziz Salah El-Din Abu Hasanin from Rafah was a sensible boy. He was very mature for his age, good natured, and even tempered. He was especially close to his father. “He hoped to study electronic engineering in university after he finished school,” said his sister.
On 25 August 2014, the Hasanin family’s house was attacked by Israeli warplanes. Abdel Aziz, his brother Hadi, 12, and his father, 47, were killed instantly.
