15-year-old Hussam from Gaza was a funny and sociable boy. “He liked to make us laugh. He turned all of our family meetings into comedy shows,” said his father. Hussam also liked to play football in the street with his friends.
On 31 July 2014, Hussam and his 19-year-old brother, Mohammed, were driving in a car selling drinkable water. On their way home, they were attacked by an Israeli warplane. As a result, Hussam and his brother Mohammed were both instantly killed.
