Eleven-year-old Raghad from Jabalia refugee camp in the north of the Gaza Strip was a daring and funny child. She used to joke and laugh all the time. She loved to invent new types of cooking. Ice cream was her favourite treat.
On 24 August 2014, Raghad and her family were in their yard when they were hit by an Israeli missile. Raghad was killed immediately, along with her mother Rawia, and her three siblings. Her father, Issam Mostafa Judah, survived the attack, along with her brother Thaer, who was seriously injured,
