16-year-old Yousif Akram Al Skafi from Rafah was sociable, courageous, and a kind boy. He was a discrete boy. He not to tell people his secrets. He liked to play marbles and fly kites with other children. “I wanted him to be a technician as he would repair broken objects in the home,” says his father, 56.
On 3 August 2014, Yousif went to see his father, who was selling sweets and candies near an UNRWA school that was being used as a shelter in Al Shabur neighborhood, to bring him food. Just then, an Israeli drone attacked the school. As a result, Yousif was instantly killed.
